What happens after I activate my benefit? Once you activate your benefit, you will be put in touch with your care team through text or email. Please make sure to give us permission to text you for easy communication.
What do I get with Lyn? A dedicated doctor and care team accessible 24/7 via phone, text, and video. Whenever you need help, you can reach out to your care team and you will receive help immediately.
Will I need to commit a certain amount of time each year? No. The time you spend with us is completely driven by you.
How many years will my concierge doctor and care team stay with me? For many years, we hope! For as long as you stay with your current employer, you will get Lyn paid for by your employer. Should you leave your employment and want to keep your concierge doctor and care team, you can ask your new employer to partner with Lyn. You can also purchase Lyn directly.
I have a primary care doctor already. I also have specialists that I would like to keep. Can I still work with you? Yes, we can work with all of your existing doctors, acting as the quarterback of your care to help you schedule appointments and design a coherent plan that incorporates all of your treatments.
Does Lyn cost anything? We provide 24/7 care for covered members with no out of pocket costs (this is valued at over $3,000 per year and will be paid by your employer). Behavioral health consultations require small co-pays.
How do I know if my family and I are eligible? If you received an email from your employer and have multiple chronic conditions, you are eligible. If you are unsure, please contact help@lynhealth.io.
